Just as the name says: sport, with activities that add up
Bomasport.com bv has been around since 2011, founded on one conviction: talent deserves structure. From the Netherlands we guide players and clubs at home and abroad — with a network that reaches from local amateur clubs to international academies.
What started with guiding a handful of youth players grew into a complete sports company: our own academy, a scouting department, international tournaments, football camps, fully organised sports travel, our own football club and our own teamwear line. Everything we do comes together on the pitch.

Football Scouting
Finding talent is work. Guiding talent is craft.
Our scouts are on the touchline every week. What they see is recorded, verified and only then discussed — with the player, the parents and the club.

Spotting
Our scouts attend matches, tournaments and training sessions at home and abroad. Every observation goes into a standardised report.

Assessing
Technique, game intelligence, physique, mentality and growth potential are scored and backed up with video footage and match data.

Guiding
When there is a match, we draw up a development plan together with player and parents: training, education, nutrition and mental guidance.

Placing
Through our club network we organise placements and trials, and we guide the whole process up to and including the contract talks.

Bomasport does not only advise clubs — we are club owners ourselves. Our own football club is entirely in our own hands: sporting policy, squad planning, staff, organisation and sponsorship are all run by us.
That makes the difference. Players from our academy get real minutes on the pitch, our scouts watch from the inside, and every plan we come up with is tested in our own practice first. Only what works for us do we recommend to other clubs.

Good to know
Our academy programmes run from U8 through U19. For the youngest groups the emphasis is on ball feeling, enjoyment and coordination; from U13 onwards game intelligence, physical development and mental resilience are added. Not sure which group fits? Then we will arrange an introductory session with no obligation.
Yes. Our staff consists of UEFA-qualified coaches, specialised goalkeeper coaches and physical trainers. At camps and on trips there is always a responsible supervisor per group, and all supervisors hold a valid certificate of conduct.
Yes. Bomasport owns a football club and runs its policy entirely itself. Players from our academy can progress to real match minutes, and everything we advise other clubs on we have first put into practice at our own club.
We observe players live during matches and tournaments and record that in a standardised report, supplemented with video footage. If a player fits a club in our network, we organise a placement or trial and guide player and parents through the whole process.
Certainly. We take care of the entire process: destination, pitches, accommodation, transport, friendlies at a suitable level and the match programme. You get one dedicated contact and a clear budget up front, with no surprises afterwards.
Yes. Our teamwear is available from small runs upwards, including sublimation printing of names, numbers and sponsor logos. You receive a digital mockup and a sizing set in advance for approval.
